1. Return Eligibility


We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:


Product must be unused and in original condition


Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included


Proof of purchase/order ID is required


Product should not be damaged by the customer

Products without original packaging


Final sale or discounted items


Personal care or hygiene-related products


Customized/personalized items



3. Damaged or Wrong Product


If you receive:


A damaged product


Wrong item


Missing item



Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


Order ID


Unboxing video/photos


Issue details



We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.


4. Refund Process


Once your returned item is received and inspected:


Refunds will be approved within 3-5 business days


Amount will be credited to original payment method


COD orders may be refunded via UPI or bank transfer



Depending on your bank/payment provider, refunds may take additional time to reflect.


5. Exchange Policy


We allow exchanges subject to product availability.


Customers can request exchange for:


Size issue


Wrong product received


Damaged item



Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


6. Return Shipping


If the issue is from our side, return shipping will be free.


For customer preference returns, shipping charges may apply.



7. Order Cancellation


Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.


Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


8. Return to Origin (RTO)


If an order is returned back to us due to:


Incorrect address


Customer unavailable


Refused delivery



Neora reserves the right to:


Charge re-shipping fees


Restrict future COD orders
